How to access
Referrals for all services can be made through the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and are available to families who do not need support from Social Services. All referrals are passed to a weekly referral panel which will help make sure that families get support from the service that best meets their needs.

Services offered
Barnardo’s Beyond the Blue Service provides a range of therapeutic interventions and counselling to children; young people aged 5 to 25 years as well as their parents on an individual, group and family basis. The service will also provide support specific to loss, as in bereavement, parental separation or parental imprisonment. The aim of the service will be to improve the emotional health, well being and resilience of individuals and enable them to better cope with the stresses and difficulties they may face. The service will work alongside other packages within Families First.
